Drury Inn & Suites Frankenmuth

We like the fact it offered free dinner so you save money. That is the only hotel that I know have that service. We like the fact you got 3 free drinks after 5:30 pm. We like the fact it was close to several stores so we didn't have to go find a parking space. We like the fact when you forget your shampoo, conditioner, body wash they have a large supply in the rooms. This is one of the few hotels that allow pets,

When we went, we had 2 adults and 4 children. We had the 2 queen bed suite. The staff was great. Especially Jenny and Richard. Jenny was helping with breakfast in the morning. The patience and kindness she had was amazing. Richard was serving the adult drinks our first and second night. He did it like he enjoyed his job and showed some humor. He made it enjoyable to sit down in the lobby and enjoy a drink. The kick back was amazing. I've never been to a hotel that provided dinner and beverages. The hot breakfast was amazing too. Our room was very spacious.

What DIDN'T we like? Nothing! What a place to stay!!! Staff, facilities couldn't have been better. Food service folks were fantastic. Our room was spacious and very clean. We had the refrigerator die on us, they had it switched out with a brand new one in minutes! The surprise was we knew we were going to get a good breakfast, BUT then they do a light dinner AND drinks from 5:30-7 every night! Yes, DRINKS! THREE of them. Bud Light and cocktails, on them! The place was festive every night. We met people from everywhere and they all got to know everybody. It was great! The whole city you're treated just great. Wonderful experience and comes with our recommendation! Thanks to Alexis our breakfast hostess. She was super helpful and gave us great recommendations of the sights in Frankenmuth!

Dinner was larger than I thought it was! It was more than just a little family dinner, so my partner and I were truly excited for that! We had made plans for dinner already, but my goodness, Drury outdid themselves!! I did ask for late check out upon arrival, and turns out the next day the hotel didn't know we were staying an extra hour! Went to front desk and whoever checked us in didn't put it in or something! No big deal with that, the maid had just woke us up a little early.

free hot breakfast and free dinner are great, solid 10: attendants were very pleasant and helpful. Coffee could be better but its all about preference. The rooms were very clean tho a bit dated. the beds were ok not great a little soft for me I'd give them a 7. Pool and hot tub were pretty nice water not to cold and not a ton of extra chemicals in the water and the spa jets were great , lots of towels available in the pool too. all of the staff were great: they do clean the rooms every day if you like which I find is rare in hotels nowadays. We choose not to have that service but they were great about taking the towels and trash from in front of our door like we asked. we were even able to go to the front to get extra trash bags and band-aid when needed. room had a desk and chair a dresser , large tv, microwave, fridge, and coffe maker plus and extra large chair in the corner and plenty of lighting and plug ins for charging items (tho the plug were somewhat loose) . I would for sure stay here again.
